Service Overview

Ghadana connects customers with local kitchens for meal program members. We facilitate discovery, scheduling, and communication—but kitchens are responsible for meal preparation and delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and address information
  • Pay kitchens directly (cash on delivery or pickup)
  • Notify kitchens in advance to pause or cancel program members
  • Treat kitchens and delivery staff respectfully

Kitchen Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals as scheduled and agreed
  • Honor pause/cancellation requests and refund undelivered meals
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers

Refunds & Cancellations

Customers may cancel anytime. Kitchens must refund the value of undelivered meals. Ghadana may assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for direct transactions.

Limitations of Liability

Ghadana is not responsible for food quality, delivery delays, or payment disputes. We act as a facilitator, not a food provider.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of changes.
